Jetex was established at the Dubai Airshow in 2005. What started as one operations centre at the Dubai Airport Freezone has become a world leader in private aviation, true to one philosophy: plan, organise and execute a flawless journey from start to finish.

Our story
Eighteen years, told in firsts.
- 2005
Jetex Flight Support was established in the UAE during the Dubai Airshow.
- 2009
First FBO at Paris Le Bourget Airport, France.
- 2010
24/7 operations centre set up in Beijing, China.
- 2011
Opened FBO at Shannon Airport, Clare, Ireland.
- 2012
Launched the Jetex mobile application and online web portal, enabling 24/7 access to trip support services.
- 2013
MyJetex trip planning application launched in collaboration with Honeywell. New FBO announced at Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai.
- 2014
State-of-the-art operations centre established in Miami, USA, supporting operations throughout the Americas.
- 2015
Expanded into South America with new FBOs in Santiago, Chile and Toluca, Mexico. New ground support station at Haneda Airport, Tokyo.
- 2016
Launched the world's first Rolls-Royce airside shuttle at Jetex Dubai. IS-BAH accreditation, the first in Dubai. Official opening of the flagship Dubai FBO Terminal with its 1,500 m² executive lounge. Five FBO licences won in Morocco.
- 2017
Network expanded in France to 15 FBOs with EDEIS, three new locations in Spain, first private terminal at São Paulo Guarulhos, and the first-ever FBOs in Oman at Muscat and Salalah.
- 2018
Jetex FBO Dubai awarded "FBO of the Year" for the second consecutive year and became the first in MENA with IS-BAH Stage II. Paris Le Bourget became the first FBO in France to be both IS-BAH and Safety 1st certified. Rome Ciampino opened.
- 2019
Jetex Dubai and Jetex Paris received five-star ratings. Third location in Japan at Kansai. World's Leading FBO Brand and World's Leading FBO Terminal at the World Travel Awards.
- 2020
Opened the first VIP Terminal in North Africa at Marrakech Menara Airport. "Fixed Base Operator of the Year" for the third time.
- 2021
Carbon offset programme launched with Shell, 100 locations added to the carbon-neutral fuel network, SAF offered in Europe. Official FBO of the Dubai Airshow 2021.
- 2022
Private terminals inaugurated in London and Singapore. A record 428 flights handled during the FIFA World Cup final. Louis Vuitton and Piaget opened pop-up boutiques at Jetex VIP Terminal Dubai.
- 2023
Jetex London welcomed the world as the brand's newest FBO. Flagship private jet terminal announced in Abu Dhabi. SAF Book & Claim introduced.
